How long does the process take?
On average from application to moving in your new home is approximately
6 – 8 weeks. In most cases you will only be out of your home for 10 – 15 days.
What if I owe money on my current home?
Your existing mortgage will be paid off and the balance will be financed
in with your new home purchase with a low fixed interest rate.
What is going to happen with my current home?
If your home has resale value we have clients who are looking to purchase
pre-owned homes such as yours.
If your home is in such need of repair and does not have resale value, we also
have resources to dispose of the home.
Where will I stay and keep my personal belongings during the construction process?
We can provide you with living arrangements. You may also take
advantage of a family getaway offer where you can relax and enjoy
yourselves during the construction process. We can provide a PODS
(Portable On Demand Storage), which is a temporary storage building
kept on your property for your personal belongings.
What are my out of pocket expenses?
In most cases there are no out of pocket expenses. All closing costs and
land improvements can be financed into your loan.
How good does my credit need to be?
We offer very flexible financing, which is not beacon score driven.
